By using AlgoHost services, you agree to these terms. AlgoHost provides Windows cloud terminal hosting infrastructure for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms. We are a technology hosting provider only.

Service Description: AlgoHost provides virtual Windows server access via Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP). You receive full administrative control of your allocated terminal environment.

User Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for all activity within your terminal, including but not limited to: trading activity, Expert Advisor configuration, broker account management, and software installed on your terminal.

Billing & Cancellation: Subscriptions are billed in advance monthly or annually. Cancellation halts renewal; service remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

Acceptable Use: You may not use AlgoHost terminals for illegal activity, market manipulation, or activities that violate the terms of your broker or MetaQuotes. AlgoHost reserves the right to terminate service for violations.

Privacy: AlgoHost does not have access to your trading account credentials, broker information, Expert Advisor code, or trading data. You maintain exclusive control of your Windows credentials.

Limitation of Liability: AlgoHost is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, or financial outcomes arising from service downtime or technical issues. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior billing cycle.

AlgoHost collects only the information necessary to provide hosting services: your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — AlgoHost never stores card details).

What We Do Not Collect: AlgoHost has zero technical access to your Windows terminal environment. We do not collect, view, or store your trading account credentials, Expert Advisor source code, broker details, or trading history.

Data Storage: Account data is stored securely in Cloudflare's infrastructure. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plaintext.

Email Communications: We send transactional emails only — account confirmation, terminal activation credentials, and billing notifications. We do not send marketing emails without consent.

Third Parties: We use Stripe for payment processing and Brevo for transactional email delivery. Both operate under their own privacy policies and security standards.

Your Rights: You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting support. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
